A technique to better secure your computer, e-mail, and bank account.

Bob Baurys, Founder and Chairman of the board of Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Centers really explains how someone feels when starting out with realizing you have Fibro.

Hi everyone,
Hope you had a great week and stayed true to your fitness and health objectives while still enjoying yourselves. I have to admit I've been doing my fair share of icecream eating recently, but do my best to cut back a little in any other indulegences that day if possible and stick with the workout program I have been doing.
That being said, I've been doing this neat little trick to kick up my ab workouts and while at the beach the other day noticed that my abs are looking pretty toned and I think it's a good trick worth sharing:
So, in between sets of lifting weights (for upper body I'm mostly at the cable machine area of the gym or free weights but you could do this anywhere) I do some ab exercise.

Beaches in the region are in as good a shape as they are going to be after a rare May northeaster rocked the southern New Jersey shore last week. Public works employees in local towns had less than one week to prepare the beaches for the unofficial kickoff of the summer season this weekend.
Beaches on Long Beach Island and stretching south to the shores of Atlantic City, Ocean City and Cape May are open, but evidence of the storm is still there.

Oh yes, it's time for another exercise challenge! I hope you all have been enjoying them. It's been great for me to add a new move every week to my regular routine, like adding new tricks to my bank of moves in the gym or at home.

Today was legs. My weights have gone up some. It seems to be much easier to increase load for leg exercises than it is with arm exercises.
