If you're reading this blog, you are obviously someone who cares about your health and nourishing your body through food. Chances are you're also someone who watches your weight. The need for weight loss was what inspired me to become educated on healthy eating.

Yesterday I went to Whole Foods and discovered some new peanut butters! The company Peanut Butter & Co. The flavors:
Smooth Operator
Crunch Time
Dark Chocolate Dreams
White Chocolate Wonderful
Cinnamon Raisin Swirl
The Heat Is On
I got the White Chocolate Wonderful.

I've discovered Quinoa flour! I was able to easily substitute 1/2 cup of the all purpose flour with Quinoa flour. This added a full 8 gms protein and only 4 gms of unsaturated fat.
