Two pounds a week is the typically advised weight loss, but pro Tracy Anderson says she has worked out a way to safely shed even faster!
“It’s perfectly healthy,” the former dancer, 33, tells Us of her plan. And the results of her regime speak for themselves in the super-fit physiques of clients Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna, not to mention her own transformation (the 5-foot mom dropped from 140 to 95 pounds).

Adding tarragon gives this traditionally mild comfort soup a touch of sophistication.

Vegetable cooking spray
2 slices turkey bacon, slivered
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 medium ribs of celery, sliced thin
2 medium carrots, finely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 cups (about 1 1/2 16-ounce cans) no-salt-added navy beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups fat free, low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped, or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
1/2 cup green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
Spray a Dutch oven with vegetable cooking spray. Sauté turkey bacon in Dutch oven until crispy.

Ok, so I changed this recipe up a little. I used turkey instead of beef, skipped the chedder cheese, and added cut up mushrooms to the mix to keep the turkey juicy and flavorful. Well, they turned out awesome!!

Lately, for no reason whatsoever, I've had this incredible craving for feta. The saltiness of it just seems to satisfy me like no other food in recent days. I've been coming up with whatever meals I could lately that have feta just because I must have it!

I had a BLT on a 9 grain whole wheat bread with turkey bacon and a side of fresh fruit salad made with oranges, bananas, apples, grapes, mangos, and pineapples.

I love this wrap that I get from a local deli. Its called "Turkey Trap" and it has turkey, bacon, montery jack cheese, lettuce and sour cream (except I get mine minus the lettuce and sour cream) on top of a toasted tortilla with jalapeno cream cheese spread over it.
Well I thought this would be easy to make at home as well but I was having a hard time finding jalapeno cream cheese.
