A little workout nostalgia — I was just thinking back to when I first started exercising, thanks in large part to my dad. Outside of required gym class or a sports team, I was trying to remember when fitness became important to me, and landed right at about eighth grade.
Around the end of middle school, beginning of high school, I started to pay attention to other girls and the way my own body was shaping up.

The BBC is facing accusations of rewriting the Easter story by claiming Christ was nailed to the cross in a foetal position.
The corporation is accused of "misleading" the public by ditching the traditional image of Jesus with arms outstretched, legs straight and hands nailed.

I wanted to post something amazing today for Good Friday, but I don't think there is anything more amazing than what was already done for us. I know so many of us, myself included, have so much to do today to get ready for the Holiday weekend, but please make sure that in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of the day, you take time to stop and really think about what Good Friday is all about. That on a Friday afternoon so many years ago, an innocent man was beaten, humiliated and crucified for us, so that we can have eternal life with Him.

Project codename wackdoodle - I think I'm the newest and squishiest Transformer.
However, I maybe the smartest Transformer cause I successfully got out of my expensive gym membership without paying any penalties. Go wack, it's your birthday (thank goodness it isn't - don't need to be 37 yet)!

I started doing yoga and love it! But the mats they provide are hell on my wrists and my knees. Everyone in the class uses two mats, one on top of the other.

So I am now almost 38 weeks pregnant and I just wanted to share my thoughts on the whole experience.
I have managed to stay fit by eating healthy and staying active. I took a private pilates class every week and did cardio a couple times a week throughout my pregnancy.

Yet another way to squeeze in some fitness...
When you are watching TV, spice things up by doing some exercises during each commercial break. This will make the commercials fly by and help you sqeeze in some exercise even when you are being a couch potato.
