My day today will include Gossip Girl fangirling, IT courses at uni and tae-bo class in the evening, all round up with finally watching Slumdog Millionaire tonight! jean shorts: Bershka, tee: Zara, cardigan: Mango, leggings: Mango, boots: Musette.

Hey Everyone I am looking for advice, More like HELP....
Ever since I gained so much weight It's been like living a nightmare!!! I am extreamly unhappy with my body....Looking the way I do now made me have a low self esteem...I don't feel pretty anymore...I am very out of shape...My skin under my arms & belly are flabby..Having sex isn't even pleasing for me anymore becasue I feel like a FAT cow!!!

So I am on the road to being fit as I have lost 15 pounds! (and hope to lose more for my wedding!) I have stayed motivated, worked in sweet treats, and moved cardio and strength training to 5 days a week. Now that the initial soreness is gone (instead of feeling battered i only feel bruised lol) I am at a crossroads.

Hey sugas, I have been working out in the past week. First I joined Bally's but I didn't get the attention that I wanted. I was using equipment that I had no knowledge of, and the staff were not so friendly.

I used to be an avid fitness lover, I worked out EVERYDAY, I had a six pack...I was HOT.
Then I had a baby, a rough labor which led to a poor diet, a pooch, and stretch marks...and everything has gone downhill.

I am picking myself up, dusting off...and getting my ass back in gear.

My husband and I have recently started getting back on track with eating healthy and working out...I for one, always have worked out and been a pretty healthy. Prior to having a child, I was always at a healthy weight for my body type...I am not a little petite person, I have hips and behind...but I have always been smaller up top. After having a very difficult pregancy and even more difficult post-pregnancy, I found myself with what I have called my double stomach (as in double chin) that I did not previously have...and a new body that did not respond to the working out a eating healthy plan that I had always followed.

I am so fed up with the gym in my area! i finally got motivated to go there at 9pm last night and got dressed and drove all the way over...and it was packed! there was not a single machine available!

Okay, so i have only lost 10lbs so far. but thats not the problem. ever since i started working out again i have been loosing alot of it in my hips and ass - and its giving me CELLULITE!

I lost 6 lbs! I am sooooo happy. For the past two weeks i have given up wine, chocolate and cheese.
