Recommendations for sinus infection?
Hey popples sniffle :p This is my fifth day in a row home sick with a sinus infection and it's not going away!! :mob: I have been using nasonex for dicongestion, a ventilator advil for my throat countless cups of nio citron and it's not going away ! My doctor said it could take up to three weeks for improvement :jawdrop: So I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions that might help?Yoga: What's With the Om?
I've been to many different yoga classes, from Kripalu to Ashtanga to Jivamukti, and they all have something in common. At the end the teacher always leads the class in chanting "Ommmm."
