Hey popples sniffle :p
This is my fifth day in a row home sick with a sinus infection and it's not going away!! :mob: I have been using nasonex for dicongestion, a ventilator advil for my throat countless cups of nio citron and it's not going away ! My doctor said it could take up to three weeks for improvement :jawdrop: So I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions that might help?

I've been to many different yoga classes, from Kripalu to Ashtanga to Jivamukti, and they all have something in common. At the end the teacher always leads the class in chanting "Ommmm."
Om, actually pronounced "Aum," is an affirmation of the Divine Presence that is the universe and is similar to the Hebrew "Amen."

Has anyone been to an allergist before? My doctor is sending me to one because I haven't been able to find a medicine to control my allergies/sinus problems. I was wondering what to expect....

I'm not a whiner when I'm sick but man I feel lousy today. My throat hurts, post-nasal drip, sinuses hurt, sneezing hurts, I'm exhausted and to top it off I have to wait for the mail man to come to get my next disc of True Blood! Boo!
