the new mortal sins to be (1)genetic modification; (2) human experimentations, (3) polluting the environment; (4) social injustice; (5) causing poverty; (6) financial gluttony; and (7) taking drugs.
Drug pushers, the obscenely rich, environmental polluters and “manipulative” genetic scientists beware – you may be in danger of losing your mortal soul unless you repent.
After 1,500 years the Vatican has brought the seven deadly sins up to date by adding seven new ones for the age of globalisation.

I think Oklahoma ought to dock her pay for every second she spends working on this
Recently, Rush Limbaugh explained (if it were not already obvious) how Obama economic policies were the cause of Republican Gov. Mark Sanford’s affair with a beautiful Argentinian woman. But what caused the economic problems that caused the stimulus package that aroused Gov.

From: Starting Your Day Right Devotions By: Joyce Meyer
In the day when I called, You answered me; and You strengthened me with strength (might and inflexibility to temptation in my inner self.

Jerry Brown: Acorn, Suspicion and the Rule of Law
by Thomas Del Beccaro
According to the legendary Greek Historian Plutarch, when asked why he divorced his wife, Caesar stated that: “All women shall be as Caesar would have his wife, not only free from sin, but from suspicion.” At the time, Caesar’s wife, Pompeia, was loosely associated with the commission of a sacrilege by someone else. As recent events have confirmed, Attorney General Jerry Brown is hardly burdened by suspicions – let alone high ethical standards.
