Hello friends and patriots...lend me your...shoulder?
I have been flitting around the Internet for a very long time taking part in what I tend to call "mind squats" which are just places like this...teamsugar.com and making friends.
One common factor I have found wherever I go in this vast wilderness is that there are people like you and me.

Sit or Squat lives up to its name. The site shows you the closest place to relieve yourself and whether that place qualifies as a sitting or squatting spot. (You get what I mean, ladies?).

It's all about the one-legged moves these days. Recently, we tried out the one-legged squats, and yesterday at the gym I did some one-legged lunges that really got my legs shaking so I thought I'd share them with you all to try out this week.
Why one leg?

1) Squats
There are many different types of squats, including the Chair Squat pictured here. Stand with feet hip-width apart and squat, keeping back straight, abs in and knees behind your toes.
