i've been liking circuit training lately. my favorite workout is an intense lower body circuit with some cardio. inspired by and adapted from workouts on bodyrock.tv -- many of the excercises, as well as the style of training, came from there.

At this year's Golden Globe Awards, Sandra Bullock was looking lovely in a purple evening gown and glowing from her win for Best Actress for The Blind Side. It's all about the one-legged moves these days. Recently, we tried out the one-legged squats, and yesterday at the gym I did some one-legged lunges that really got my legs shaking so I thought I'd share them with you all to try out this week.
