It was not just his smell that grabbed me but the way he looked into my eyes. Things did not need to be said as our instincts took control. We were a fury of clothes discarded in record time.

I really can't find a whole lot of information on this but I will tell you what I know about it from my experiences.
First, you need to understand that you don't always have to have a migraine when you have an "episode". Symptoms include stroke like symptoms such as loss of movement/feeling on one side of your body, loss of feeling/movement in any part of your body such as your hands or feet, slurred speech, pain, trouble concentrating, and muscle spasms.

Why do we need protein?
Protein is the building block of our whole body - muscles, tissues, hair, nails, etc - all made up of protein. The body needs to break protein down to amino acids to build muscles.

Rahm Emanuel's profitable stint at mortgage giant
Short Freddie Mac stay made him at least $320,000

Before its portfolio of bad loans helped trigger the current housing crisis, mortgage giant Freddie Mac was the focus of a major accounting scandal that led to a management shake-up, huge fines and scalding condemnation of passive directors by a top federal regulator.
One of those allegedly asleep-at-the-switch board members was Chicago's Rahm Emanuel—now chief of staff to President Barack Obama—who made at least $320,000 for a 14-month stint at Freddie Mac that required little effort.
As gatekeeper to Obama, Emanuel now plays a critical role in addressing the nation's mortgage woes and fulfilling the administration's pledge to impose responsibility on the financial world.

Supplements are great additions to an already good nutrition and training program. Nutrition and training are the most important components of a exercise program, with rest and recovery next to them. Once all of those aspects of your program are maximized, then you can start thinking of adding supplements to your program.

When you have to visit a public bathroom, you usually find a line of women, so you smile politely and take your place. Once it's your turn, you check for feet under the stall doors. Every stall is occupied.

I never know what to eat exactly after a workout... I tend to just let my stomach growl and then eat a ton later on. Not a good idea, folks!

While we were in the Bahamas, Merengue (or Meringue) classes were offered to guests as part of the entertainment.
It is a fast dance and it works so many muscles that it can also function as a fun work out.
Hubby and I have been practicing and we've been having a blast!

There are countless reasons that reducing stress is critical for good health. When you’re stressed you’re much more susceptible to illness, and high stress over an extended period of time has been proved to spur ailments like heart disease, high blood pressure, migraines, muscle tension, insomnia, and ulcers. If we’re not ill, we’re definitely irritable, snappy, agitated, and not much fun to be around.
