Those assembled roared with delight, as Arthas knew they would. Arthas bowed at Jaina, then leaned in and whispered, “Give them a show—they’ll love it.”Jaina nodded imperceptibly, then turned to the crowd and waved. Their cheering increased.

When I snapped out of my left wing trance last year, I was lost in space. I had no conservative friends and was clueless about web sites and books.
I had heard something vaguely about Talk Radio. So I scanned my AM dial and found Michael Savage. (It took several months, and a chat with a rather bemused new friend, before I even realized there were other hosts as well.)
Being a lifelong liberal, I'd never heard anybody like Savage in my life. He yelled; he called people "vermin." He was unbridled masculinity, not the touchy feeling kind I was used to. And he totally accepted himself: his moods, passion, temper.
But what shocked me the most was his saying that men have become "feminized." I'd never been so offended. "Well, what's wrong with men being more feminine?" I shouted back at my radio. "Is there something wrong with femininity?" Men being way more in touch with their yin and less with their yang sounded good to me.

He's Not Jimmy Carter
By Quin Hillyer on 9.3.09 @ 6:09AM
Conservatives are taking too much solace in the precipitous drop in Barack Obama's approval ratings, and too many of us are overconfident that his administration is merely a replay of the hapless presidency of Jimmy Carter that was easily swept out in a landslide election.
Today's situation is far different, far more conducive to our political adversary's political power, than that which faced Carter. And Obama is an entirely different breed of cat.

Obama’s Civilian Troops Were Trained by Ayers
Obama's election and the health care reform push would have been impossible without the dumbing down of academia.

((Sorry this is so long, and the language is rough...))
On a muggy Florida evening in 2008, I meet Iraq War veteran Forrest Fogarty in the Winghouse, a little bar-restaurant on the outskirts of Tampa, his favorite hangout. He told me on the phone I would recognize him by his skinhead. Sure enough, when I spot a white guy at a table by the door with a shaved head, white tank top and bulging muscles, I know it can only be him.

Relationships are full of emotions. Our feelings can range in any given moment from one end of the spectrum to the other. They are affected not only by the circumstance that triggered them but also by factors such as how much sleep we’ve had, how much stress we’re under, whether we’ve eaten, hormone levels, grief, and illness.

Obama's Tortured Logic
By Mark Hyman
President Barack Obama has declared the interrogation techniques U.S. officials used during what was referred to as an "increased pressure phase" to be torture. Obama announced his administration would not prosecute CIA officers who used the tactics, but he has left open the possibility of punishing those behind the memos including senior Bush Administration officials.
