Hi all. I pretty much do this every few months...I get all gung-ho, blog about my dieting, my exercise, then i don't blog for a while because I am not dieting anymore. Part of my problem is binge eating...there I said it.

Probiotics- bad bacteria can cause gas and bloating. up your intake of good bacteria. such as yoghurt.

Apparently Beyonce did this to get ready for Dreamgirls..I know a friend of mine who did this but I'm kinda skeptical..I have tried the South Beach Diet & would rather do that then this..Have you tried it? Know anyone that has? Any suggestions/comments?

Asparagus has recently become one of my favorite vegetables. It tastes great, but what I love most about it is how easy it is to prepare. I sauté mine in a little toasted sesame oil, which is probably my favorite oil for sautéing.
