A commonly-used cancer drug can make patients' fingerprints disappear, potentially causing problems for foreign travel, a doctor warns. One patient was held by US immigration officials for four hours before they allowed him to enter the country.
The case is highlighted in the journal Annals of Oncology.

I HAVE TRIED THIS AND IT WORKS LIKE A MIRACLE. It is especially great for baby toes rubbing in pumps, heels rubbing, athletic shoes rubbing and sooooo much more. If you have any type of soreness from wearing that fave pair of shoes, this works wonderful.

A little long, but worth reviewing every Summer, I think :
It doesn't take much time in the sun for most people to get the vitamin D they need, and unprotected exposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays can cause skin damage, eye damage, immune system suppression, and even cancer. Even people in their twenties can develop skin cancer....
Most kids rack up between 50% and 80% of their lifetime sun exposure before age 18, so it's important that parents teach their children how to enjoy fun in the sun safely.

This top is very light and moves nicely, makes it feel like it was meant for dancing in (the funny thing is of course that I never wear anything like that to ballet or skating lol! I'm always in tank tops and leotards...)
The shoes are floral with mis-matching patterns, great shoes except I forgot they give me blisters so I didn't put a preventive band-aid :(
Top: Iora
Skirt: This Fashion

This is the perfect to an at-home spa day!
Olive Oil- Use olive oil on your feet with clean white cotton socks. It helps soften your feet and olive oil absorbs better than baby oil does.

XT= Cross Train
Here is the training schedule that I am attempting via the Kaiser Permanente Marathon page.
Seems easily attainable for the novice with the long runs being on the weekend, stays along the lines of (my personal fave) the three day a week running schedule, and also encourages cross training to prevent injury and fatigue. Of course the training days can be switched around to fit your schedule, but this training method worked well for me.
