Le parkour, free running???
Since this is a running forum I was just wondering if anyone is into le parkour (PK) or free running. Basically it was founded by two French guys, David Belle and Sébastien Foucan though initially it started out as a same sport le parkour and free running are different. You know the chase sequence in Madagascar in Casino Royal?

Check out this video! I recorded these guys while we were on vacation in SF using my dad's video cam then added cool effects. These guys are traceurs, and they showed me the equipment they use - safety is a big part of the art (sport?).Banlieue 13 (District B13)-
