This is easier for me to remember, I didn't do much Mon and Tues besides run around like a maniac, which kind of counts, right? Since those two days were a bust, I really decided to go for it and drove out to the gym to get in a good workout yesterday after work, and I did a lot of different stuff I wanted to remember, so I'm doing a one-day log: Wed - for cardio did 20m on the stepmill at level 10. Really got the heart rate up.
