Before you throw out the guts of that jack-o'-lantern you've carved, try this basic, healthy recipe for roasted pumpkin seeds.
Pumpkin seeds are loaded with nutrients. They're high in both plant sterols, which may help lower cholesterol, and phytochemicals, which promote prostate health.

Hey all,
First off, I'm a 35yr old male, and I personally don't know a whole lot about cosmetics :-|
How's that for a start? BUT, to my advantage, I live in very close proximity to two of may Aunts, and they've been nation-wide, top-selling salespeople for several cosmetic product lines including Borghese (ok, so I've used their mask and I like it) and Estee Lauder. Needless to say, I know first-hand how much painstaking consideration they put into choosing something that they put on their face everyday, foundation or otherwise.

The Whole Foods Alternative to ObamaCare
Eight things we can do to improve health care without adding to the deficit.
By JOHN MACKEY
"The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money."
—Margaret Thatcher
With a projected $1.8 trillion deficit for 2009, several trillions more in deficits projected over the next decade, and with both Medicare and Social Security entitlement spending about to ratchet up several notches over the next 15 years as Baby Boomers become eligible for both, we are rapidly running out of other people's money.

LONDON (Reuters) – Organic food has no nutritional or health benefits over ordinary food, according to a major study published Wednesday.
Researchers from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine said consumers were paying higher prices for organic food because of its perceived health benefits, creating a global organic market worth an estimated $48 billion in 2007.
A systematic review of 162 scientific papers published in the scientific literature over the last 50 years, however, found there was no significant difference.

For my trip to Europe this summer, I decided to save some of my toiletry packing headache and pack cleansing cloths instead of my normal cleanser. Target offered two brands in travel sizes: Dove Essential Nutrients Cleansing Cloths and Ponds Clean Sweep Clean Wet Cleaning Towelettes. I brought both on my trip, below is my review of each.
