Always work with your doctor before taking any medication even if it is OTC (over the counter) medication to ensure that it is safe for you to take and it will not interfere with any other medications that you might be taking. Also realize that it will take on average about 5 days for your body to actually see some improvement from supplements and depending on the dosage, you might have to go through speciality stores to where they can pack more punch in a pill verses what you can get at the drug store.

Magnesium - cellular activity, nerve and muscular function, relaxation, anti-stressor capabilities, decreasing fatigue, and increasing pain tolerance.

Finally been in the internet. (Salah as usual stressed out, was so finished in the morning that he constantly overslept for abt an hour – if I had not to go to the bathroom, every two hours, he would not have gone to work, again… Sometimes it would have been better he had stayed at home. He shows up in the bakery shop and tells them how to bake a corn bread – they follow his instructions and the result you could have delivered to a gun shop or to a do-it-yourself shop.

It’s heartbreaking reading everyone’s story about how this horrible cancer has touched everyone’s lives. As I read about loved ones going through the battle of breast cancer I cant help but remember my aunt, who succumbed to breast cancer back in 2004. My Aunt Sharon was a mother of 4 and grandmother of 5.
