All this information is taken out of the “UltraCeuticals” catalog. Phone number is 1866-367-2343 or www.fibroandfatigue.com/store If you order online, you do get a discount, but I am not sure if you have to be a patient or not to get the discount. So all prices on here are catalog Prices, which is what I pay because I do not order off the Internet.

Ok, so a lot of us inadvertantly mulch trees the wrong way. We tend to mound up the mulch around the base in a "volcano" shape, which the following article will explain is actually not good for the tree. Hope this helps some of you!!

As part of my cardiac rehab, I attend nutrition classes three times a week. Although I've taken culinary classes, I was never instructed on how to cook with the heart in mind. In my nutrition classes, I've learned to cook a different way, and it's been quite a challenge.

Spinach belongs to the same family as beets and chard. This broad, leafy vegetable is cooling and is jade green in color. It has the slight bitter taste of its sister, beet greens and the slightly salty flavor of chard.

I occassionally mention the fact that I had Gastric Bypass Surgery (Roux En Y to be specific).
It was not Stomach Stapling as people often try to refer to it. Stomach Stapling is a completely different old procedure from Roux En Y Gastric Bypass.
