My post on mind control properties in semen still attracts a disturbing amount of attention. So to appease your curiosity -- and, I'll admit it, mine -- I've decided to do a little more investigation into the compounds in semen that may pass through the vagina and be absorbed in the bloodstream. Some may have an indirect effect on the recipient's hormones.

Just in time for Halloween ;) I decided to find out what's so great about pumpkins? I don't know about you, but I haven't met a pumpkin I didn't like: pie, cookies, soup etc.
Pumpkin meat is very high in carotenoids.

Try this healthy lite spinach salad! Let's not forget all the great health benefits that spinach has to offer.

Chef Don Jakubowski of Kohler Waters Spa in Kohler, Wisconsin, created this flavorful starter salad that delivers more than a burst of color. The spinach packs beta-carotene and lutein for healthy eyes; the raspberries, oranges and carrots add fiber; and the red bell pepper offers vitamin C. Best of all, the prep time is a mere 20 minutes.

Spinach belongs to the same family as beets and chard. This broad, leafy vegetable is cooling and is jade green in color. It has the slight bitter taste of its sister, beet greens and the slightly salty flavor of chard.
