Atlantic County's rating was among the highest in the state, scoring a "C," with four unhealthy ozone days, up from a "D" in last year's report, which included seven unhealthy ozone days. I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?
