My first dog was a bedlington terrier named Archibald. i got him for my fourth birthday and after 20 years he passed away. I was blown away.

Readers are gearing up to hear the long winded and usually boring life lessons that grandmothers are known to give, especially after a couple of times that gran has bailed out her family’s mistakes, eased them over the humps of legal, medical and emotional mountains and downed an ultimate margarita, while soaking my old joints in a whirlpool bath.

Dollar Declines Most Since 1985 Plaza Accord on Fed Bond Buying

March 21 (Bloomberg) -- The dollar dropped the most against the currencies of six major U.S. trading partners since the Plaza Accord almost a quarter-century ago as the Federal Reserve’s plan to purchase Treasuries spurred speculation that it’s debasing the greenback.
“What it introduces is the problem of the currency to the extent that the Fed is buying what isn’t desired by foreign holders,” said Bill Gross, co-chief investment officer of Pacific Investment Management Co., in an interview on Bloomberg Television on March 19.

A little while back I had mentioned that I would post a little guide on stretching. Finally, last night I took to it and took pictures of my basic stretching regime I go through before and after each workout.

I love to stretch in the shower, it is one of those rare times when I get to slow down. I turn on the soothing hot water, light some candles, play some relaxing music, and let the warm steam envelop me.
There are a 3 stretches that I love to do in the shower, just because it feels so good to close my eyes and calm my mind.
