whenever you're dieting (or attempting to), there comes a time when you're hit by an attack of "i need that _________ or i will die". and usually, the food in question would be a high fat, high cal snack that you totally can do without.
to me, the biggest culprits would be fries and chips.

hey ya'll,
been awhile since i've updated, but its cos i've been in sri lanka for a work assignment, and i brought back a to-die-for fruit salad recipe too! but more on that in another entry.
so i noticed a light banana pudding recipe at yumsugar the other day, and made it one of my faves.

Considering this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I though this would be a good post.
There's no part of our bodies that we obsess about more than our breasts. Even those of us not prone to health anxiety wonder which, if any, of our everyday habits are upping our odds of getting breast cancer.
