LOVE these! I have found that Toffuti products are some of the best tasting soy products out there. Their cheese slices actually taste the closest to cheddar and it melts!

I just ran across this information from skin care expert Paula Begoun- author of the very popular book, "Don't go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me" and creator of the skin care line, Paula's Choice. She has created two lists of important anti-aging ingredients as well as product recommendations. As she puts it,
“What you will discover in this report is a comprehensive list of the more popular cosmetic ingredients that have substantiated research showing them to be among the top "anti-aging" ingredients available today.”
Here is the breakdown:
A-List- Leading the way to Healthier, Younger Looking Skin:
Glycolic (or Lactic) Acid:
Salicylic Acid
Retinol
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Niacinamide
Sunscreen Actives
B-List- Playing a Supportive Role To Help Skin Look its Best:
Green Tea
Soy Isoflavones / Extract
Pomegranate
Ceramides
Linoleic / Linolenic Acids / Phospholipids
I really like how she has the scientific research there for everyone to look into themselves and avoids some ‘breakthrough’ or trendy ingredients if they don’t have the research to back their claims.

Grist recently tested 8 different green cleaning products, ranging from pre-mixed to straight baking soda and came up with some interesting results.
Here is the article from Grist's website:
Forget the butcher, the baker, and the candlestick maker -- if your rub-a-dub tub is filled with grime and grub, it's time to scrub. But with what?

Today I’m participating in one of those staples of summertime: a Yard Sale. Which, pretty much means that I’m spending the entire morning outside with nothing to guard my skin other than a Boston Red Sox hat and the sunscreen that I slather on before I head out the door.
That's how they say it in Boston...:)
Let’s try this equation again: Me + Sun = Sunburn.

So in my weight loss plateau, my trainer suggested I start doing interval training. Basically it's hard, easier, hard, easier etc etc. He gave my goals for my heart rate monitor (120 low end and 170 high) and I did it today.
