I did it!!!!!!!!!!!! I went jogging in the cold for the first time. It felt pretty good, but I can tell that once it gets colder I am going to need new gear.Dead Elliptical and Daily points
So I have just a couple of days before my weigh in left and my elliptical is killing itself. Well just the program part. In lue of said programs I ran on it my own way for about 30mins...10 of which I "jogged" with my 3lb hand weights.You Asked: Burning Lungs From Running in the Cold

I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

When I used to live in Miami,Fl I was in tip top shape.. Toned arms, legs, flat tummy (Thats the way I like it) It was so easy because of the heat and I always drank water.. So when I moved to New York I gained like 5-6 pounds and the reason is because I feel too lazy to get up and jog in the cold and I seriously hate gyms I dont know why..I feel so so depressed and a little insecure.
So far so good, Too cold to run, GO SENS GO!
I survived the tree trimming party! It went very well and I did not stuff myself. Score!

Hi gang! Well I'm here in lovely Colorado for a week trip to visit my bf and have got in a lot of fun activities to log about. Friday - hiked about 4 miles through a canyon near the Big Bend on i-40, not very vigorous but beautiful Saturday - white water rafted for an hour and a half on Clear Creak with level 3 & high 4 rapids!
