Hi Fit,
I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

There are many reason why some of us suffer from dry skin or excessively dry skin. Dry skin means that your skin is lacking water or it's ability to retain water. It may sound odd since most of us are pretty fastidious and will shower two or three times a day.

parkway when he tripped, fell over the bridge railing
and landed in the creek below.
Before the Secret Service guys could get to him, 3
kids who were fishing pulled him out of the water. He
was so grateful he offered the kids whatever they wanted.

Okay, so if you read my profile, you'll see I lost thirty pounds over the summer... well, someone asked how I did it, so I'm posting this in case you too are interested:
Here's how I did it:
For three months, I took kickboxing classes two days a week, did a cardio class with weight training in the class for two days a week, and then two other days I would jog or do the elliptical, both for at least a half hour (I built up my endurace/time/speed, etc.).
I calorie counted, avoided tons of carbs, and ate whole grain and organic as much as possible.

When I used to live in Miami,Fl I was in tip top shape.. Toned arms, legs, flat tummy (Thats the way I like it) It was so easy because of the heat and I always drank water.. So when I moved to New York I gained like 5-6 pounds and the reason is because I feel too lazy to get up and jog in the cold and I seriously hate gyms I dont know why..I feel so so depressed and a little insecure.

Ok, so I already addressed Mon and Tues in my last post but wanted to share what actually went down:
Mon - I got in the 60 min bike ride again while reading my book and it felt great. Then I did the new strength routine and really enjoyed the moves. My legs were jell-o for the last move so I only got in one set, but other than that, I did two sets of each move and really felt it.
