Tribe is THE place to connect with other hoopers from all over the world. I've met an incredible amount of hoopers who have given me guidance, tips and tricks, as well as that extra encouragement when I'm feeling down or frustrated. There are tribes about hoop dancing, hooping costumes, videos that help you learn technique, and even a tribe to just write posts about hooping and the joy you experience.

breaKFAST- two pau +one siewmai+one lormaikai(??)+green tea
went home and started watching my korean show and hula hoop like finally. but only can do one hour(max)per day )-:
andmy nails are almost ruin cause i keep bitting them when i am eating!!!!!!!!
lunch-two slice of bread with peanut butter + yoghurt + curry bun.

KC and Elana from Read My Hips, a tribal bellydance troupe, are also awesome hoopers. They bellydance the first half of the clip, then bring out the hoops in the latter half. Both of these songs have been on my list for performance for some time now, and I loved seeing them in action with the music!!!

breakfast-milk+cereal+energy bar + fruits
i know i have a healthy breakfast but wait till you see what i eat later in the day ....
lunch-dim sum ( siew mai,xiaolongbao,har gao, fried yamcake , fried bun? , fried rice ,duck with the crepe + chee chong fan + egg tart + red bean pastry and alot la )
teabreak- doughnut and ice lemon tea(nabei i eat two :@)
dinner- curry rice +laska+ herbal chicken.
