Inside a woman's breast are 15 to 20 sections called lobes. Each lobe is made of many smaller sections called lobules. Lobules have groups of tiny glands that can make milk.

Considering this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I though this would be a good post.
There's no part of our bodies that we obsess about more than our breasts. Even those of us not prone to health anxiety wonder which, if any, of our everyday habits are upping our odds of getting breast cancer.

I saw this article in the Press of Atlantic City, and it provoked strong feelings with me. As a woman who works in a stereotypical "male industry", I believe people should be hired and promoted based on their performance, not looks. I also think being healthy is important (not too thin, and not too heavy).

If you are thinking of making a change in your life, be it a health related change, ie., exercise, quit smoking, dietary, or in habits, career, relationship etc. there is a process that one goes through.
I favour a STAGES OF CHANGE process, developed by the researchers Prochaska and Prochaska.

Hey Everyone I am looking for advice, More like HELP....
Ever since I gained so much weight It's been like living a nightmare!!! I am extreamly unhappy with my body....Looking the way I do now made me have a low self esteem...I don't feel pretty anymore...I am very out of shape...My skin under my arms & belly are flabby..Having sex isn't even pleasing for me anymore becasue I feel like a FAT cow!!!
