OK -- so if you haven't tried Yogurt Burst Cheerios I strongly suggest you do. It's the same Cheerios we all love with a sprinkle of Strawberry or Vanilla pieces. It's totally yummy and great as just a snack on it's own without milk.

Olive oil for many Westerners may be just simple cooking oil, but to the people of Greece it is much more than that. In the ancient Mediterranean civilisations, olive oil was inseparable from civilised life itself. Olive oil was not only an important food item but it was also burned in lamps to provide light, it could be used as a lubricant, and it was blended with essences to produce fragrant oils.

Two pounds a week is the typically advised weight loss, but pro Tracy Anderson says she has worked out a way to safely shed even faster!
“It’s perfectly healthy,” the former dancer, 33, tells Us of her plan. And the results of her regime speak for themselves in the super-fit physiques of clients Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna, not to mention her own transformation (the 5-foot mom dropped from 140 to 95 pounds).

“Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”
My view is pretty simple: A healthy body starts with a healthy mind. You can buy all the health foods and nutritional books you want; however you'll never fully commit if your mindset isn't on track. Once you find a way to release any emotional issues (yoga, therapy, etc) then your happiness and health start to blossom.

Eating breakfast regularly helps build healthy bodies.
Did you know that a smart breakfast that includes foods from all five food groups can supply ¼ of your child’s daily nutrient requirements? No wonder it’s regarded as the most important meal of the day.

and it did not go well. Every week I have to schedule one "cheat meal" in my cheat day. I am thinking of dumping this day altogether.

Not long ago I had an apple problem. Wavering in the produce section of a Manhattan grocery store, I was unable to decide between an organic apple and a nonorganic apple (which was labeled conventional, since that sounds better than "sprayed with pesticides that might kill you"). It shouldn't have been a tough choice--who wants to eat pesticide residue?--but the organic apples had been grown in California.

My boyfriend will be leaving for his first tour at the end of the year and we have been avoiding the topic for a long time. Now that it is soon appraching I have taken an interest in doing everything I can to be prepared.
Well, I recently came across USMC gals ( http://www.usmcgals.com/ ), an online community for all those people who have a loved one in the military.
