There are a ton of travel planning sites, but I just found my new favorite. Duffel (find the site at duffelup) calls itself "a trip-planning tool for people who are not planning any trips," but it's pretty handy for actual trip planning, too.
Sign into the site to create trips — real or imagined — to any place in the world.

Before I had my son, I carried small handbags that could barely fit my wallet, cell phone, and a tube of MAC lipgloss. These days, my motto is “the bigger, the better”. On the lookout for a new grey bag for fall, I came across this fabulous Campo tote bag at JCrew.com ($298). It is a sleek and chic square shape that is classic enough to be carried for years; a great investment.

I'm starting to think Apple might be reading my mind — every time I find something I don't like about my iPhone, I realize they've already thought of a solution. Similar to learning how to quickly scroll to the top of the screen on my iPhone, I wish I would have known about this quick shortcut months ago.
