Counterterrorism: Shifting from 'Who' to 'How'
November 4, 2009 | 1918 GMT
Global Security and Intelligence Report
By Scott Stewart and Fred Burton
In the 11th edition of the online magazine Sada al-Malahim (The Echo of Battle), which was released to jihadist Web sites last week, al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) leader Nasir al-Wahayshi wrote an article that called for jihadists to conduct simple attacks against a variety of targets. The targets included "any tyrant, intelligence den, prince" or "minister" (referring to the governments in the Muslim world like Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Yemen), and "any crusaders whenever you find one of them, like at the airports of the crusader Western countries that participate in the wars against Islam, or their living compounds, trains etc.," (an obvious reference to the United States and Europe and Westerners living in Muslim countries).

Al-Wahayshi, an ethnic Yemeni who spent time in Afghanistan serving as a lieutenant under Osama bin Laden, noted these simple attacks could be conducted with readily available weapons such as knives, clubs or small improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

The G-spot: What is it?
The Gräfenberg spot or G-spot was discovered by Ernst Gräfenberg a German gynecologist who first described it as “an erotic zone located on the anterior wall of the vagina along the course of the urethra that would swell during sexual stimulation.” The area the G-spot occupies is called the urethral sponge and it is tissue that surrounds the urethra (the tube we pee out of) that swells with fluid during sexual arousal. It is associated with the prostate gland in men and is made up of a complex system of erectile tissue, secretion glands (the Skene’s gland), the internal pelvic nerve and muscles that engage with one another during the arousal cycle. In most women it is sensitive to pressure and stimulation which can lead to high levels of sexual arousal and powerful orgasms. The existence of a G-spot has been widely accepted and most popular sexology books treat it as fact. In one study of female ejaculation, 84% of the approximately 1300 professional women who responded reported a sensitive area in the vagina, and this was correlated with those who also reported ejaculation.

******I have been home now since 10:30 yesterday morning. I am feeling VERY sore, but I have a lot of pain medication. I have a nice 'nest' set up with my cozy p.j.'s, lots of blankets and my laptop and my dressing changing materials. So, I am not sure if it is the pain medicine making me so emotional or just the whole ordeal and that it is finally over. In any case, I wanted to share some of this important information with all of you. I may not be on very much today - very sleepy. But, with the pain meds, I may be up to it. It helps to keep my mind busy. I wanted to share this information as I never thought "It could happen to me" and I believe most women think that way, and I want to show that with a positive mind and emotional support and INFORMATION you CAN get through this.

Ed Pilkington in New York guardian.co.uk, Thursday 1 October 2009 19.01 BST larger | smaller Article historyThe scene in Corsicana, Texas, on the morning of 23 December 1991, was one of pure horror. According to eyewitnesses, Cameron Willingham stood in front of his wood-framed home as it was engulfed in flames pleading for someone to call 911 and screaming: "My babies are burning up!"
When fire fighters arrived, they found him dressed only in trousers and with hair on his chest, eyelids and head singed.

There’s an old saying that every human cell in the body is changed over a period of seven years, thus every seven years we become a new person. If this is the case My Morning Jacket has defied this idiom by collectively shedding its skin innumerable times since its inception a decade ago in Louisville, Kentucky.
The past several My Morning Jacket albums have each reflected the passion that the band shares for music of all categories while continuing to nurture their signature aesthetic.

here's Fitness Magazine's 2009 Sneaker Guide: http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/gear/running-shoes/fitness-2009-sneaker-guide-the-best-walking-running-hiking-shoes/
some good picks in here:
"Best Neutral-Cushioned Running Shoes: Brooks Ghost 2
These shoes have extra cushioning where it counts -- the forefoot -- thanks to tiny fluid packs in the padding for a bouncy push off and a safe landing, plus they're contoured to cradle your midfoot.'Heaven for women with high arches!'says one tester who wore her pair pounding the pavement in Central Park. 'They have the ideal amount of support without being too cushioned or clunky.'"
you guys have any shoe picks or recommendations to add?
