Today we upgraded our cable service to HD and the damn box would not upload FitTv :( I simply cannot do without my Gilad every single day so I went bananas, sent my hubby back to the Comcast store to get a new box, and started searching online for his exercise routines. On Health Discovery I found the National Body Challenge, and signed up so I could check out Gilad work outs.
There are FULL WORK OUTS girls, and Gilad is the shizzle!

recently my sister told me I have an eating disorder. it really hurt me and i have refused to talk to her since then. i went out to dinner last night with a couple of my girlfriends and i told them about my sister's hurtful comment.

I have recently, should I say devoted myself to yoga I have tried so many other forms of exercise but none keep me involved for long enough and I lose interest after a while as I get bored doing repetitive movements. So I signed up for a yoga class, and loved it I go once a week for and 1 1/2 and after I'm finished I feel energized and refreshed. I still go jogging occasionally but have noticed a significant toning to my stomach and thighs and I honestly just feel better, not to mention I'm getting a lot more flexible.

Okay everyone, I don't know what happened, but here is my weigh in this week:
Beginning weight: 275
Week 5: 268.5
Week 6: 263.5
!!!!!!!!!! I seriously can't believe it I mean, I even cheated on Saturday and had a couple glasses of wine and some key lime pie. Of course Sunday I got over zealous with cleaning...I cleaned for like, 3 hours and forgot to eat lunch.
