Always work with your doctor before taking any medication even if it is OTC (over the counter) medication to ensure that it is safe for you to take and it will not interfere with any other medications that you might be taking. Also realize that it will take on average about 5 days for your body to actually see some improvement from supplements and depending on the dosage, you might have to go through speciality stores to where they can pack more punch in a pill verses what you can get at the drug store.

Yesterday I bought 2 large bags of Purina dog chow at Walmart, for my dogs I was about to check out when a woman behind me asked if I had a dog. What did she think that I had an elephant?
Since I had little else to do, on impulse, I told her that no, I didn't have a dog, and that I was starting the Purina Diet again, although I probably shouldn't because I ended up in the hospital last time.

TRIP TO WAL-MART
Yesterday I was at my local Wal-Mart buying a large bag of Purina dog chow for my loyal pet, Biscuit, the Wonder Dog and was in the checkout line when woman behind me asked if I had a dog.
What did she think I had, an elephant? So since I'm retired and have little to do, on impulse I told her that no, I didn't have a dog, I was starting the Purina Diet again.

Asparagus has recently become one of my favorite vegetables. It tastes great, but what I love most about it is how easy it is to prepare. I sauté mine in a little toasted sesame oil, which is probably my favorite oil for sautéing.

Supplements are great additions to an already good nutrition and training program. Nutrition and training are the most important components of a exercise program, with rest and recovery next to them. Once all of those aspects of your program are maximized, then you can start thinking of adding supplements to your program.
