The Elemis Day Spa
I’ve just booked in for a Tri-Enzyme Resurfacing Facial at the fabulous Elemis Day Spa (which, by the way, is a little slice of heaven in central London. I’d live in the place if I could). I haven’t had a facial for about a year so I am treating myself to one of these babies.

At that time Libya had abt 20 million people. Yet nobody really knew how many really lived there. Many black Africans just crossed the border in order to find a better life in Libya.

The G-spot: What is it?
The Gräfenberg spot or G-spot was discovered by Ernst Gräfenberg a German gynecologist who first described it as “an erotic zone located on the anterior wall of the vagina along the course of the urethra that would swell during sexual stimulation.” The area the G-spot occupies is called the urethral sponge and it is tissue that surrounds the urethra (the tube we pee out of) that swells with fluid during sexual arousal. It is associated with the prostate gland in men and is made up of a complex system of erectile tissue, secretion glands (the Skene’s gland), the internal pelvic nerve and muscles that engage with one another during the arousal cycle. In most women it is sensitive to pressure and stimulation which can lead to high levels of sexual arousal and powerful orgasms. The existence of a G-spot has been widely accepted and most popular sexology books treat it as fact. In one study of female ejaculation, 84% of the approximately 1300 professional women who responded reported a sensitive area in the vagina, and this was correlated with those who also reported ejaculation.

I recently heard that aluminum, a major component in antiperspirant, can have negative side effects over the long run. Now, I've switched to this product, and it seems to be working well. It is hypoallergenic and preservative free!!

Men really do have an excuse for supposedly being wimpy about coughs and colds - their immune systems are not as strong as women's, research suggests.
A Canadian study indicates that the female sex hormone oestrogen gives women's immune systems added bite at fighting off infection.
Oestrogen seems to counter an enzyme which blocks the inflammatory process.

Perhaps I had postnatal depressions – I always broke in tears whenever I was moved – how annoying… Well – get used to it…
So, now I was at home and felt like the ultimate greenhorn, a stupid chick with a baby and I had NO idea how to take care of her… Brilliant – in addition she had her first “vomit days” and I nearly went nuts…
Ummi came to me and said: “If you need me – I will help you – no matter if it is day or night – come to my house. We all started small, be happy that you are not alone.” How prophetic these lines were – we did not know in advance – yet yes, I went to her more often than I would have wished for… And it was not only because of my kids – it was because of HER “kid”…
However – I was VERY grateful, that this family had accepted me – and that I had been taken care of well, too.
Finally the parcel fm my parents had arrived… There was one P.O.
