Hey there, sugars!
I have somewhat recently become totally lactose intolerant... as in, no butter, no cheese, no yogurt...

It's harvest time for apples and pears, and nothing says Autumn like warm crisp featuring both Fall fruits. Here is a variation of a recipe from RecipeZaar. I substituted a few things like Sucanat for brown sugar, whole wheat flour for all-purpose flour, and Earth Balance margarine in place of butter.

If you’ve been to the movies a few times in the past six months chances are you may have seen a preview for the much anticipated earth shattering disaster film 2012. The film with the help of masterful special effects portrays a cataclysm presumably predicted by the Mayan Calendar. This famous interpretation may be considered baloney by many but make sure your sentiment for the theory does not disparage the accuracy of the Mayan calendar.

You know how going green guides recommend shopping at second hand stores for gently used items? It may be good for the earth, but bad for your credit...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here's a word to the wise: Think twice before whipping out that credit card to pay for purchases at the Salvation Army or a discount store, have tires re-treaded or even buy a late-night round of drinks.

The Taurean's characteristics are solidity, practicality, extreme determination and strength of will - no one will ever drive them, but they will willingly and loyally follow a leader they trust. They are stable, balanced, conservative good, law-abiding citizens and lovers of peace, possessing all the best qualities of the bourgeoisie. As they have a sense of material values and physical possessions, respect for property and a horror of falling into debt, they will do everything in their power to maintain the security of the status quo and be somewhat hostile to change.

Another song - a man on Rediff iLand in India inspired me - Blindness can have many faces - you do not really need to be blind... sometimes we can be blind of anger - sometimes we can be blind of love - we should always emphasise on BALANCE - most forget that balance creates harmony - :)
Why are we so blind?
Driven by mind?
