A lot of us turn to the internet to calculate our BMI, get healthy eating tips or to get some info on the latest exercise breakthrough. However we've disturbingly discovered the new internet sites that are feeding into our bad body image – and they are by no means pro anorexia sites.

Going out to dinner with friends can be so much fun, that is unless you're watching your weight. Menus are full of such tempting foods, and most of the time you end up eating more than you would at home. Plus butter is often the secret ingredient.

So, Lets start off by saying I've never been very health conscious. It just wasn't the way I was raised, but as I started to be called "the fat girl" in school I began paying more and more attention to how much bigger I was than all my other friends.

What is the most efficient way to lose weight with working out? I am 5'7" and weigh 155. I want to lose 25lbs, putting me at 130lbs, but more important than losing the weight is keeping it off and maintaining a healthy lifestyle FOREVER.
