Hi Fit,
I recently started running outdoors and am really enjoying it. It's started to cool off, and breathing in the cold air really burns my throat and lungs when I jog. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?

The Calgary Herald gives the humans of New Moon some much needed attention in a new interview.
Sure, New Moon's vampires and werewolves may get all the attention, but it's Bella's gang of high school friends who keep the movie centered in reality. Anna Kendrick, Michael Welch, Justin Chon and Christian Serratos (who play Jessica, Mike, Eric and Angela, respectively) talk about providing the franchise's comic relief and keeping it real as mortals amongst all the supernatural shenanigans.

My apologies for having nothing originally in this post. The text was here but didn't show up.
Apparently this article is too long to be printed here, at about 11 pages. It is nevertheless worth reading, unless, as someone has already done, you have made your mind up what to believe before reading.

At Witz' End: My night with range anxiety
by Gary Witzenburg on Apr 1st 2009 at 12:02PM
I left the dinner meeting around 9:00, with home roughly 60 miles away...no challenge for an engine-powered vehicle, even relatively low on fuel. You can always find an open station.
Not so on this 1997 night.

Subject: And then the fight started
My wife sat down on the couch next to me as I was flipping channels. She
asked, 'What's on the TV?'
I said, 'Dust.'

LONDON - Participants in the Maldon Mud Race say cold
temperatures did make the annual event in the British
town of Maldon a bit more difficult. At least two Mud
Race competitors confessed to having had a hard time
running 500 yards across a muddy river bed during 28
degree weather, before heading back to where they started,
the Times of London said. "It was tough out there," 36-year-
old contestant Stuart Putt said of Sunday's event.
