I forgot to post about this last month.
I was too busy suffering from increased head pain and vertigo and being terminated from my job for...absences due to serious illness.
Yup, I got released because my migraines made it difficult for me to do the amount of work that my employer expected even though they knew the restrictions imposed upon my employment by my neurologist and accepted by the City HR department.

A migraine is a severe, debilitating form of headache that typically appears as a throbbing ache near the side of the forehead. Over time, the ache often intensifies to a disabling pain. Migraines are usually a chronic condition, occurring repeatedly throughout a person’s life.

So I was lying in bed with a migraine waiting for the medication to kick in and this commercial comes on "Chronic Migraines? Would you like to be part of a Clinical Trial or study to help find a treatment? If so call 867-5309 (not really the number)."

Not all migraines are created equal.
Not every sufferer goes through the same symptoms.
Not every attack is considered to be the same type of migraine attack.

Welcome migraineurs!
This hopefully this will be a place where we can chat about how this disease, yes disease, that is affecting our lives. Hopefully, we can share how we have successfully treated the attacks, prevented the attacks and lived our lives when they happen anyway.

OK I had the ONS surgery just over 6 days ago. Been feeling from "really good" to "just eh OK" since the surgery. Mainly just fatigue and a twinge of pain either from the wire inside my neck or from the box inside my chest.

Aries
The spring equinox, March 21, is the beginning of the new zodiacal year and Aries, the first sign, is therefore that of new beginnings. The young ram is adventurous, ambitious, impulsive, enthusiastic and full of energy. The Arian is a pioneer both in thought and action, very open to new ideas and a lover of freedom.

Where is Dr. House when you need him?
I ask this because my friend and I both recently had MRIs (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) with and without contrast and MRAs (Magnetic Resonance Angiography).

I saw this today as I was leaving my neurologist's office.
Any sugars in San Francisco want to participate?
I'm really going to try to do this and hopefully meet more local migraine sufferers who are just trying to get relief.
