Christina Aguilera gave birth to her first child, Max Liron, earlier this year but recent photographs have showed the singer coming out of establishments late at night, leaving many to wonder if she has returned to her Xtina ways.
Christina told Access Hollywood:
"I spend all day with my son and once in a while if I want to go out and have a mommy-daddy night with my husband, I am more than allowed to do that."
Though blogs have placed her back on the Hollywood club circuit, the new mom isn't sweating the speculation.

People have been asking me the seemingly rather simple question, "Will Yoga help me lose weight?" Ahhh...but the answer is not so straight forward because losing weight is different for everyone, depending on your genetic make-up, your habits, your diet, your personal willpower, and your lifestyle.

Supplements are great additions to an already good nutrition and training program. Nutrition and training are the most important components of a exercise program, with rest and recovery next to them. Once all of those aspects of your program are maximized, then you can start thinking of adding supplements to your program.

I used to be an avid fitness lover, I worked out EVERYDAY, I had a six pack...I was HOT.
Then I had a baby, a rough labor which led to a poor diet, a pooch, and stretch marks...and everything has gone downhill.

I am picking myself up, dusting off...and getting my ass back in gear.
