Our bodies deserve the best treatment, yet in today’s society many people fail to provide it. A balanced diet and weekly exercises, if not daily exercises are absolutely essential for a healthy living, but many of us always find excuses to stray away from those principles. For example, we tend to always bow down to our temptations, "mmm…burgers, fries, pizza".

Five years after suicidal zealots crashed planes into our comfortable lives, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld scolded us: "Any kind of moral and intellectual confusion about who and what is right or wrong can severely weaken the ability of free societies to persevere."
Leave aside Rumsfeld's arrogant and patronizing attitude, showing evident contempt for anyone who didn't agree with his notions of right and wrong. Were we, are we, morally and intellectually confused?

Meyer's Dryer SheetsRe-Usable Dryer SheetsDryer Sheets
Earth friendly alternatives to toxic dryer sheets
We rarely use the dryer these days - one of the benefits of living in a drought-prone area I guess and Australia also still has a love affair for drying clothes outdoors, but I do remember our dryer being used more when I was growing up in a wetter part of the country. My mom would also use dryer sheets to add a nice fragrance to the clothes.
It may have smelled nice, but as with so many things we did so naively back then, we really didn't think too much about what was in those sheets and the possible consequences.
