Boredom eating
I emotionally eat and i know the emotion (or lack of) is boredom. I know I'm bored at home, work the gym and i don't know how to kick it i have great self control if I have a daily plan but if something changes or I'm surprised I throw it away. I really don't know what to do and I feel boredom is the reason I eat.Bored at home alone
Well here we go this is the first time that i have ever made a blog like this i hope it works. I am just a stay at home mom that is bored and would love to have someome to talk to my daughter is 11months old she and her father are the greatest things in my life. I eat when I am bored.

Hey all, I'm in my last year at University and only have 6 classes left until I get my degree. The problem is I feel like I'm reaching a point where I've been at it so long that my motivation is going way down. Because of this, I failed and had to repeat two classes.First/post on Onsugar.com

I'm only on the second full week of trying to lose weight and I'm experiencing a little boredom with the foods I eat. Anytime I'm following Weight Watchers I tend to rely on the same groups of foods: Lean Cuisines, bag salad mixes, baby carrots, light string cheese and fat free pudding cups. And of course for dining out, I'm constantly at Subway.A night of the party.
When you hear "private catholic school party" the images flash in your head of a bunch of ignorant bratty girls, with thier skirts hiked up so far that it rather looks like a plaid thong then a skirt. In this fact, this one wasn't. 80% of the college prep school population, have the exact same look almost, the side swept bang with shoulder length hair, the clothes we couldn't change- it was a uniform for crying out loud.
