Skin-Smoothing Coffee Scrub
This is my personal recipe for homemade body scrub that makes my skin baby-bottom soft! The lemon juice helps lighten dark aread and baking soda is a good skin cleansing agent. Ingedients: 1 c sugar 1/2 c olive oil 1/4 c coarse ground coffee 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp baking soda 1) Combine all ingredients; mix well.What to look for in exfoliators and polishes
1. Be a gentle scrubber – Older skin needs careful treatment. Keep your exfoliation routine gentle and look for a product that has spherical grains that won’t scratch your skin.
