SACRAMENTO — A blistering new report concludes that state corrections officials failed repeatedly to properly supervise accused rapist and kidnapper Phillip Garrido for 10 years, missing numerous opportunities to discover that he had allegedly kept Jaycee Lee Dugard captive in his Antioch-area backyard during the entire time California authorities were supposed to be keeping watch over him.
Among the mistakes by state parole agents who supervised Garrido from 1999 until his latest arrest in August was a failure to investigate why there was a 12-year-old girl inside the home of a registered sex offender, why "clearly visible utility lines" were running from Garrido's home to a concealed compound where he allegedly kept Dugard and why agents took no action when they received information "clearly showing Garrido had violated his parole terms.

Glamorous, playful and glitzy is best to describe The Killers's third studio album (fourth overall) Day & Age, which was released in November 2008.
Blistering with upbeat synths and saxophones, Day & Age is The Killers's most experimental album to date and I love how poppy the album is contrasting with Hot Fuss, Sam's Town and Sawdust.
Every track is truly enjoyable, there's not one song I skip past.

I don't really wear flip flops all that much. I have nothing against them but I prefer to wear funky flat sandals instead of basic flip flops. But most of my sandals have buckles and crap that are annoying so on weekends (or mornings when I take the dog out) I'd prefer just a simple pair of black flip flops.

A commonly-used cancer drug can make patients' fingerprints disappear, potentially causing problems for foreign travel, a doctor warns. One patient was held by US immigration officials for four hours before they allowed him to enter the country.
The case is highlighted in the journal Annals of Oncology.

Okay, yesterday, I rush, rush, rushed to meet work deadlines, to get some kitchen spring cleaning done, so it wasn't until it was late in the second period of the Pens vs. Flyers game that I turned on the television. Wow, I couldn't believe how quickly game momemtum can change.

Worn for a day of flat hunting which resulted in me viewing glorified boxes (one of which i was required to literally crawl to the bed) in Hampstead, London.
For those who don't know Hampstead Heath- it is a giant park in London from which you can see the amazing sky line of London- East to West.
So naturally, this would mean- a very big hill.

It may seem disingenuous to fans of Brad Paisley that he describes this as his 'guitar album'. Anyone who knows the work of the West Virginian knows he's a veritable demon on the six strings. Every one of his five albums has featured at least two blistering instrumentals that combine James Burton twang with Chet Atkins sophistication.

I HAVE TRIED THIS AND IT WORKS LIKE A MIRACLE. It is especially great for baby toes rubbing in pumps, heels rubbing, athletic shoes rubbing and sooooo much more. If you have any type of soreness from wearing that fave pair of shoes, this works wonderful.
