I've been using mario badesco products for about a month now. Murad was giving me serious cystic acne on my chin, sucks because I wanted it to work really bad. It also gave me very dry patches that would then clog my pores and make me break out more, the moisturizer was too "oily" and just didn't suite my skin at all.Cystic acne?

There are no rigid rules regarding what to eat if you have acne. In general, you should eat a healthy diet with plenty of water, fresh vegetables, and fruits.

Great Vichy Cleanser for Acne Prone Skin!
Vichy has an excellent line of Skin Care products, probably just as good as that proactiv. Do you have blocked pores, redness, localized shiny areas, or even irregular skin contours? Vichy Clear Skin Deep Cleansing Gel Cleanser should be a good cleanser to use.
The 'beauty water' that claims to clear acne: is it for real?
I've always been wary of gimmicky bottled water - remember that ridiculous slimming water that Nestle launched a few years ago? They said it contained natural sources of calcium and magnesium to expel toxins and help you stay in shape. Er yeah, like this was the first mineral water to ever contain calcium and magnesium?!
