I have been on hold with the airline for half an hour, it's 334AM EST and so I thought i would quickly blog my workout before I forgot. I took yesterday off but on Tuesday I did a great ondemand cardio/sculpt video that was about 40 min and I feel the burn from it so I will rememember that workout for next time! Headed to Denver for the week and will do lots of running with the bf.
