A little long, but worth reviewing every Summer, I think :
It doesn't take much time in the sun for most people to get the vitamin D they need, and unprotected exposure to the sun's ultraviolet rays can cause skin damage, eye damage, immune system suppression, and even cancer. Even people in their twenties can develop skin cancer....
Most kids rack up between 50% and 80% of their lifetime sun exposure before age 18, so it's important that parents teach their children how to enjoy fun in the sun safely.

Sephora has their famous Sephora Sun Safety Kit ($22.50) back in stock. This is an amazing kit because it contains a huge amount of trial-sized suncare products. Another good thing about this is the100% of the net profits of the kit sales that go towards The Skin Cancer Foundation.

Part two for Bellaressa
When you have business meetings and lunches I'd go for a more simple professional look like this look I created for you, it's natural because of the brown, but the liner and the darker crease work well for your glasses.
This look can be done in 5 minutes flat (but let's say between 5 to 10 minutes because you might not have my speed) because you use mostly your fingers and a little brown shadow and liner.
Final eye:
When cleansing your face or doing makeup, remember to wash your hands beforehand.

I’ve been a bit obsessed with sunscreens lately. I think it has to do a bit with the Rx retinols I am using for my face as well as summer time outside with the kids. My kids are always lathered up, but they are still getting tan.

I thought I would also post this here (in addition to The Mommy Group) in regards to research on sunscreens. I've done my own and feel good that physical blocks with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide are your best protection, but there are so many other chemicals that are confusing. Below is the site I found very interesting.

As it grows out of our scalp, our hair is no longer alive. Once the hair is damaged, the hair has no way of repairing itself because its already dead.
So many things can damage our hair, and although natural wear and tear can't be avoided, you CAN protect your hair from many damaging elements.
