This is what I'm talking about:

I'm looking for a type of milk that Jake can pack in his lunchbox for school. This seems to fit what I'm looking for, but does it taste okay?
He has this thermos and the matching food jar, but I'm afraid to put something that spoils as easily as milk in it!

This handy "sandwich" in a muffin can be made in advance and stored in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer for up to two months. Simply pop a frozen Chicken Popover into a lunch bag in the morning, and it will be thawed by noon. Take along a cup of Harvest Pumpkin Soup (also included in Heart Healthy Recipes group) in a thermos, and you'll be satisfied all day long!

Clean & Green
Here's a collection of my favorite natural cleaning formulas, concoctions
and witches brews. MOST are safe and nontoxic, with a few exceptions which are clearly noted.
Use the ingredients listed below when making your own alternative cleaners, most are
inexpensive and you probably already have many of them in your kitchen cupboards.

If you've had a challenging morning at work, a good lunch can certainly lift your spirits and inspire you to carry on. For some, though, the motivation to prepare such a meal is hard to stir up, particularly at times when relaxing is what you want to do.
It's understandable that after a long day at the office, preparing and eating supper and getting things tidied up, the last thing many people want to do is think about what to make for lunch the next day.
