1st time exercising in a month!

I didn't get everything in that I planned yesterday because things unexpectedly came up, but I did walk my dog around my neighborhood for about a half hour. :) Felt good to get moving again. Tonight, if I don't go to the Oriole's game, I'm going to hit the gym for a bit and possibly do a pilates video.Frustration!
I am so fed up with the gym in my area! i finally got motivated to go there at 9pm last night and got dressed and drove all the way over...and it was packed! there was not a single machine available!V-Day was OK
so i havent budged since my last update. i had a nice valentines day with my honey but unfortunatley i ate pasta at the italian place and then felt totally bloated and gross afterwards. it doesnt help that ive been pmsing so it wasnt all that romantic.
