The holidays should be about friends, family, and a healthy portion of pumpkin pie, not guilt over gaining weight. Some of my favorite eating & drinking holidays have fallen on weekdays this year - Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day and now Cinco de Mayo. Kinda dampens the party mood if you have to work the next day.

All summer long I was on a fitness revelation as well as eating healthier. I must have been working at at least 5 days a week and eating so well, now that fall has kicked in, im back in school and I have started working a few days a week, I literally have no time most days to throw in my usual work outs. (I know its cliche, but I have been studying so much and between classes and work im just burnt out) On top of this, I have been eating horribly.
