I've been running and cycling for years and consider myself pretty competent at them. This year, I want to learn to swim. I'm not a bad swimmer now, but I am not technically proficient or anything.

I have always wanted to be buff. Now I am going to get that way. I'm already smart, and with a BMI (thanks FitSugar) of 19 I am pretty thin, but now I want to actually get fit and strong- ha!

Bringing a gut-wrenching issue to a conclusion, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has reached a settlement with the estate of a businessman whose posthumous bankruptcy case could have forced the institution to relinquish historic instruments that formerly belonged to Johnny Cash, Bill Monroe and Mother Maybelle Carter, of the Original Carter Family.
The Hall of Fame filed documents in U.S. Bankruptcy Court Tuesday that would allow the museum to maintain possession of the instruments in exchange for $750,000, payable in full within 30 days after the court approves the settlement.

One of my New Years resolutions was to start having breakfast every morning. I stopped eating breakfast in high school because my genius friends and I thought it would help us lose weight :OY: and now I haven't had it for so long that if I try to eat in the morning.. I get sick.
