I love soup. Like, really really love it. I could eat it for every meal, every day of the week. And any kind of soup too--I don't think I've met a soup I didn't like. (Well, maybe if it was made with beets. But you never know!) The problem is I'm always so busy I never have a chance to cook for myself. I often find myself turning to canned chicken noodle soup from Cambells. Without a doubt, that's my comfort food and I'll never tire of it, but it's so much more fun to make your own! So I've decided to challenge myself. Each week I will make a new soup. I have tons of cookbooks to scour, so finding recipes shouldn't be a problem. I'll post my adventures here, and hopefully I'll inspire someone else!
(FYI: I started this little project during the first few days of October, so these first few posts will be catch-up. Plus, I didn't think to take pictures until recently, so for now most will be picture-less.)

It has long been accepted in the medical community that molasses has great health benefits for the heart, in that it helps to lower blood pressure and aids the circulation system in stopping the formation of blood clots. Because of this, the American Heart Association has included molasses, as well as other Omega-3 fatty acid foods like salmon, in its list for essential foods needed for heart health. While developing some new recipes that include molasses, I ran across this really great article about the previously unknown health benefits of this "miraculous brew."

WELL – well – MEN… He was stressed out every day and then he „wanted to cheer me up“, by having been on Tuesday Market, yet instead of the whole list he only bought two items on it… Salad and fresh onions. The rest = tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms, he had forgotten so luckily and i had been so stupid and had even printed it on an A4 paper… GREAT – why did i take that effort when he forgot everything? Well it was HIS stress not mine… The other day he came home around 13:00 hrs, slept till 15:00 hrs, got up and said: “ I have to go to the bakery.

Two pounds a week is the typically advised weight loss, but pro Tracy Anderson says she has worked out a way to safely shed even faster!
“It’s perfectly healthy,” the former dancer, 33, tells Us of her plan. And the results of her regime speak for themselves in the super-fit physiques of clients Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna, not to mention her own transformation (the 5-foot mom dropped from 140 to 95 pounds).

I heard bad things abt the El Chadra Hospital – i.e. people were stealing there and I better left the things at home which were beautiful – it also had to do with the „eye“. That famous eye people have on you or your kids or your belongings.
