I just wanted to share this OUTSTANDING Chocolate Cake recipe I used to make my awesome Halloween Cake with!
I decorated it with a luxurious chocolate frosting all over, sprinkled with some coconut (dyed in 2 drops of food coloring), along with 2 "maizena" cookies dipped in the chocolate frosting for the cake as tomb stones with mini chocolate kisses aligned around the graves, sprinkled with crushed chocolate crackers as the dirt and a cone shaped chocolate glued by the icing on a chocolate frosted maria biscuit as a witches hat!
I swear, I don't think I've ever tasted a cake so chocolatey as this one, so creamy, so pure...!

I've definitely consulted Consumer Reports when I bought my car and I even think I checked them out when I bought my cappuccino machine, but I would have never thought about looking to them for dieting advice. Until now, that is...

Many of us are wondering some of the questions or something similar so I decided I'd post the answers (I didn't come up with these answers MsnBc did.)
Q: When I work out, I spend 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer and 15 minutes on the treadmill, and then lift on weight machines. But I cannot seem to reduce my stomach size. What should I be doing differently?

You've been working out hard, eating clean, but you still are not making any progress. Carbohydrate cycling is the most effective low carbohydrate diet and will help you bust through that plateau!
Carbohydrate cycling is the practice of lowering carbs for 2-3 days and then bringing your carbs back up for 1-2 days, instead of just keeping your carb ratios the same all the time.

If you suffer from holiday stress and emotional eating try going easy on yourself this holiday season with these tips:
Get others to pitch in -- Don't just ask people to help, assign them tasks.
Find time for yourself -- Schedule a massage and have your in-laws watch the kids.
Go easy on the decorating -- Everyone will still have a good time even if your house doesn't look like the Griswald's from National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.
